This is bad, and so was Brian Terry’s death, but something is bothering me:
Would ANY of this have become news if it hadn’t involved the death of federal cops...?
In fact the killings and kidnappings of civvies have been going on for quite some time.
ATF whistle-blowers came forward when Terry was killed —would they have done it if, say, a church packed full of people were burned to the ground...?

Tuesday’s incident is the second time in less than a year that a law enforcement officer suffered gunshot wounds on duty in Hidalgo County, Texas — a metropolitan area of about 800,000 residents where human smuggling and drug trafficking are commonplace.
Members of Mexico’s Gulf Cartel are suspected of shooting one of Trevino’s deputies in November, prompting the sheriff to declare the incident the first case in the county of so-called “spillover violence” from Mexico’s drug wars.

I hope these agents have realized that the Obama Administration has taken away their right to protect themselves on the job. Prayers for the agent, and hopefully they will be able to figure out who the perp is and the weapon he used.

As far as that goes, Bush’s pal the USA down there would have had no problem prosecuting the agent had he fired at the criminal before getting shot at.

HARGILL - Investigators are walking a four-mile stretch of FM 493, in search of bullet casings connected with the shooting of an ICE agent. Two have already been located.
Hidalgo County dispatchers got a call about the shooting around 4:30 a.m. The injured agent was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. There’s no word yet on the agent’s condition.
According to Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino, the FBI will be leading the investigation. He told us the agent was shot twice.
An ICE spokeswoman said the agent was conducting surveillance related to an ongoing criminal investigation at the time of the shooting.
CHANNEL 5 NEWS learned two scenes are being investigated in connection with the shooting. We’re told a chase started near FM 493 and Cemetery Road and continued north of FM 493 until Highway 186.
Investigators said during the chase at least three rounds were fired. The agents’ vehicle ended up in a brushy area.
CHANNEL 5 NEWS has crews at both scenes. We’re gathering more information and will have an update on CHANNEL 5 NEWS at NOON.

We'll know if it had something to do with Obomaguns. There will be an attack on American Gun shops within days, and they'll start pushing "Demand Letter 3". That would require some U.S. gun shops to report the sale of multiple rifles or "long guns." (Demand Letter 3 was so named because it would be the third ATF program demanding gun dealers report tracing information.)

He might have just been shot with one of those weapons Obama and Holder illegally sold to the Mexican drug cartels, so we had better hold off on judgement or else we face upsetting the Obama child.
