Very true. I would make a case that Levin and Paul are unique in that their creepy fan clubs claim their guy is all-wise and all-knowing SOLE arbitrator of the U.S. Constitution. Once their self appointed sage & guardian of the Constitution has made a statement on something, the matter is now settled constitutional law, until he changes his mind.

Thus, as Levin decrees, the U.S. Constitution must give Senators the power to block all judicial appointments during a Democrat administration, but this power is not in effect during Republican administrations.

And, as Paulbots will tell you, the U.S. Constitution somehow gives Congressmen the power to ban partial birth abortion at the federal level, but NOT to ban abortion for gender selection at the federal level. Here's an example. Ron would claim we have no business even helping Israel with $$$$. If the muzzies drove the Israelies back on those refugee boats, after killing some, Paul would say ‘its none of our business’

Alternatively Levin was a GWB adventurism cheerleader, and as it went sour then it was all those being critical of Bush's fault. Oh, and if the US detained you infinitely under GWB with no judicial hearing, then you must be a terrorist, But under Obama its unconstitutional. Back in 2009 and 2010 a number of them befriended me because regardless of the 2008 disaster the GWBush invasion policy was still seen here by most as patriotic and I was unashamed to point out how many problems it caused us .

After being suckered by GWB, I approached each new 'conservative' Savior with skepticism and don't just take positions on issues just cos someone else said so.

So this Serb babe Paulist was trying to convince me that ALL drugs must be legalized, because the laws and enforcement are worse than the drugs.
