Roberts’ treatise in the ruling re: commerce clause was ‘dicta’ that isn’t citable in a future precedent citation. Tax, penalty are just words that Obama’s administration will use to dissemble and flout the law and mutate Roberts’ effup as they wish. Roberts is a traitor, pure and simple.
