I don’t know that much about Herpes, of any stage. I look at the photo and I don’t see a sore - it looks like to me that it is defined and somewhat dry, on the way to healing - something I’d expect of a wound, rather than a sore of some sort.

This is exactly how herpes heals..looks just like that.

I guess I’ll leave it to you, then....I don’t have any experience with it. It would just seem to me that a viral blemish wouldn’t act like that. I’ve seen shingles, etc. and they weren’t like that.
