Situations like this are pretty much cut and dried, the perp caught bloody handed so to speak.
Its seems it would benefit almost everyone except the perp to just summarily execute them, toss them in a giant woodchipper (Optional) and recycle them by dropping their “remains” in a deep hole and seal it.

This pos struck first here in Roseburg shortly after we moved here. The offenses which you outline in the quote were so inhuman and horrendous that people were calling for the death penalty which, by law, was not available. People here are now more split with, amazingly to me, sympathy to his family. While the family has had a rough time, the parents of the abused children have had worse plus all those contaminated when the “great wisdom” of the state released him to prey on children again.
This guy sounds like a prime candidate for king of the Pride parade.
