How does his answer remotely answer the question? How have the Republicans “obstructed” anything when they were in the minority for the first two years of Obama’s presidency? What did they obstruct during the two years they held the House? The problem with political reporting these days is that no one asks follow up questions to this type of nonsense. How are Republicans “extreme”? Give me an example? How is saying we should cut spending so that we aren’t running $1 trillion deficits “extreme”? Explain exactly how the elderly and children will starve to death on the streets if we cut spending by 10% or even 20%?

Oh, don’t you wish. I read the best idea for a punishment for them. Lock them up in Gitmo or Alcatraz and put cameras on them 24/7. Anytime “We, the People” were bored or wanted a little taste of revenge we could tune in to The Traitor Channel and watch them waste away in prison. I thought that sounded like a great idea, one that would be cathartic and educational for the nation. If they remove the ping pong tables and tv’s it might even be a deterrent.
