Seems this could be brought out by Mr. Sununu. Why did DNC have a different certification form that omitted the part that certified Obama was eligible?
In fact, THAT is what state SOSs can use to put him off ballot. It was the wrong form!

States require [I think all of them - I know Hawaii does] a form that says that the candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.
0bama’s certification did not have that. I wonder if the form coming out of the DNC this fall will have it.
If not, 0bama can be taken off the ballot by any state that requires the cert assert that the candidate is legally qualified - Hawaii for instance.
