Never show up at a gunfight with a baseball bat.

Hey, love the 357 mag and 10mm hollow-- thread was commenting on the adjacent 'collateral' person. Which magsafe purports to reduce potentially.

Goal being to stop someone, as opposed to blowing away (which agree is quite doable with the mag). The concept of the "humane" round-irritating in warfare but PC for civilian use becomes the bread and butter for defense lawyers. Is what it is.

Website with gel patterns and ballistics data: www.magsafeonline.com

In re: 357 Magnum: The Handgun Reloading section of the Speer Reloading Manual Number 13 shows that 7.6 grains of W231 powder will drive their 125 grain bullets to a MV of 1129 fps, and 8.3 grains of W231 will drive the same bullets to a MV of 1168 fps.

For reference you probably know this one: Wound ballistics: http://www.firearmstactical.com/wound.htm

www.firearmstactical.com is a great site. Deo Vindice

Williams said that he was afraid they would start shooting. I don't know what caused that concern....

Perhaps it was the ARMED ROBBERY!

Next time you feel like bitching about why we tolerate "political correctness," find a mirror!

My exact sentiments. I have a conceal carry permit and I have been thinking about going to a small lightweight 380 instead of a 9mm. This video has made me question my original plans. I think I am going to go up to a 45 instead.

Been there, done that.

Feeling like a pack mule got old real fast.

My answer was to upgrade my marksmanship rather than my equipment.

Yeah, things may go sideways in a real life scenario, but it won't be because I made an excuse for not carrying that day.

Well, once they were running away there was no need to keep shooting and he MAY get into trouble with a jury about that- but not if I was sitting on it

I believe the "neutralize the threat" doctrine is pretty defensible in any but the most aggressively anti-gun states.

not at all.

through the use of a weapon they had possed a direct threat to him and others. hindsight is 20/20.

it also helps that police are taught to shoot even if the perp drops the gun and run aways for the same “present a threat” to the public issue.

He(Williams)didn’t need anything as big as a .44Magnum.He needed at least a 9/19 or a .40S&W.
