PHOENIX (AP) -- Investigators for an Arizona sheriff's volunteer posse have declared that President Barack Obama's birth PHOENIX (AP) -- Investigators for an Arizona sheriff's volunteer posse have declared that President Barack Obama's birth certificate is definitely fraudulent.

Members of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's posse said in March that there was probable cause that Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011 was a computer-generated forgery.

Now, Arpaio says investigators are positive it's fraudulent.

Mike Zullo, the posse's chief investigator, said numeric codes on certain parts of the birth certificate indicate that those parts weren't filled out, yet those sections asking for the race of Obama's father and his field of work or study were completed.

Zullo said investigators previously didn't know the meaning of codes but they were explained by a 95-year-old former state worker who signed the president's birth certificate. Zullo said a writer who published a book about Obama's birth certificate and was aiding investigators let them listen in on an interview he conducted of the former state worker.

The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio's allegations.

I think that obamism is too embedded in America for the NBC thing to make any difference at this point.

The obamatards will deny, and say this is just is just mud slinging before the election.

This should have been done way sooner than now. The GOP elites will just “wait it out” in hopes that obama loses the election, when it becomes a politically moot point.

The courts have rejected it almost unanimously, and the media shus it like Dracula and garlic.

No one in Congress has the balls to run with it, and the DOJ won’t touch it either.

My birther instinct is not fueled so much about what others have found, but by what Obama still desperately is hiding. There is no defense for fraud, but without some legal action there is also no remedy for it.

If the fraud is ever successfully prosecuted, there will be a LOT of people going down, those complicit with the fraud, from Pelosi/Reid, on down to Hawaiian officials.

I don’t think it will happen in my lifetime because there are so few brave Americans left. Political correctness and sloth have effectively neutered all but a few, and the manifesto of communism is still working on them.

In my wildest prayers, I wish about 50 million people would surround DC and with one voice, kick the usurper and his czars back to Chigao, or Kenya. But it ain’t going to happen. Revolutions for freedom exist only in history books. The “continental Army” is commanded by the enemy, and the militia is about to be disarmed by the UN.

Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8 - Certificates for children born out of state.

Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate provided proof has been submitted that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

Arpaio and his investigators say that this statute could provide a loophole to allow foreign born children to gain U.S. citizenship.

The media cannot dismiss a state stature. Some journalist might even get curious and take the next logical step.

Since the media pisses on birthers, maybe the indirect route is a better way to go by shedding light on this statute and implicating the communist in the process.

• Complaints to the Feds that are under Obama's direction are going nowhere.
• The House could impeach but the democrat Senate will acquit.
• And there's an election coming that will likely end the Obama nightmare and start the Romney one in just 4 months.

Sheriff Joe has done the country an important service.

• By launching and completing an official law enforcement investigation, he has won an important battle. The claims of fraud now have added credibility.

Sheriff Joe also brought national attention to Hawaii's birth certificate mills that undermine national immigration laws.

• This administration probably won't do anything, since Obama owes his existence to those laws. But the next one might.
• And the house likely won't do anything either until after the election, if only because the senate and Obama will kill it, so it will be a wasted effort.

Prosecution should start now and continue after the election. If started now, it would show the people that even the President is not above the law.

If we started now, that would be the focal point of this election. Racism! The ballot removal route should be persued in parallel, but seperately, with charges of fraud.

Information is like any other commodity. Just look at who pays for, gathers, organizes, prepares or disseminates it and you will see who is responsible for the ‘commodity’.

The public, consumers of the commodity, only receive what others have manipulated. It goes through many hands and is manipulated nine ways from Sunday before ‘consumers’ get their hands on it.

However, it’s unlike other commodities because no matter how much you can afford, you are sill getting the same product everyone else gets.

Just the same, it was interesting to see the MSM STILL ‘interfere’ with the facts during the Katrina storm and subsequent damage. It was a lesson in just how adept the MSM is in manipulating even unexpected and unavoidable events.
