It's not exactly clear to me why the likes of Limbaugh, Beck, Levin, Coulter, Ingraham, Medved, Hannity, Gallagher, and Hewitt have either ignored it for the most part or insulted people looking into this as "nutters". Even Breitbart poo pooed the idea. (If he had lived who knows where his thinking on the matter would have ended up.) Now Ben Shapiro is continuing the tradition at Breitbart with his apparent lack of interest, condescension, and unconvincing arguments to ignore the subject when the matter is brought up to him:

Speaking of which, where is the explosive vetting of Obama that we were promised? All that seems to have died with Breitbart, unfortunately, and the Derrick Bell story sunk like a lead balloon..
Anyway, a lot of us here knew in our gut that something was wrong with candidate Obama in 2008. More than just the fact that he was an obvious leftist with radical connections throughout his life. We had few facts, but things were starting to be murmured.
I guess I can understand those in the spotlight not jumping on the bandwagon at first. Maybe it was just too hard to believe. They didn't want any backlash if it all turned out to be a hoax.
As time has gone on though, it's become clear that the man is hiding something very devastating from his past. It's no longer a gut feeling. There is documented evidence by law enforcement officials and experts that what he has presented as legitimate documents are fraudulent.
Now clearly the people like Hewitt, Medved, Beck, Coulter, O'Reilly and others that have completely slammed and insulted people like Jerome Corsi, and just regular lay people that want to know what the man is hiding, are going to have to humble themselves a lot and admit they were wrong. These are not humble people.
Then you have people like Rush, Hannity, and Gallagher who have largely ignored the issue, maybe toyed with it for a few minutes on their show once in a blue moon, but haven't come out and called people nutters like the others have. Still these guys are supposed to be fairly smart men. Ahead of us peons out here in flyover country. They would have to explain why they refused to touch this issue for 4 years when others were on to this from 2008 and before. Once again, they would have to humble themselves and none of them are humble people.
Also, it has been rumoured that some of these people were threatened early on not to touch this with a ten foot pole. It still doesn't really explain Rush to me though as he appears to be a largely autonomous entity, and I couldn't see him be threatened in such a way and have it work. Maybe I'm naive and incorrect in that assumption.
I've posted this audio via You Tube on FR before, but listen to Glenn Beck being interviewed by Denver talk show host Peter Boyles regarding the so called "birther" issue. It has just always stuck with me because Beck acted so strange in the interview when it was brought up. Later that morning he went on his own program to ridicule Boyles in his Glenn Beck way for even bringing it up to him.

So I would like to thank the likes of Cashill, Corsi, Arpaio and more recently Lord Monckton and others who you don't hear about as much anymore who have and are continuing to expose what a fraud this man is. These are courageous men and I appreciate what they are trying to do.
I do not understand why SOMEONE in the New Media isn’t, at the very least, looking into this to see if it is real...I believe it is, and that King Bozo Ocelot is, in fact, a fraud...

Republican elites seem to be of like-mind with Democrats that the future balance of political power rests with spanish-speaking Americans. They want to run Marco Rubio in the worst way. Then maybe George P. Bush.
Short term those voters belong to the Democrats. But a generation from now...
I don’t agree with that thinking. The country is teetering on the brink now under Obama. If the Dems get the WH for a few more election cycles then the country is forever changed.
I believe Arpaio is correct, but again we will see the liberals white wash the facts and denounce the good sheriff.

You'd think that the "Story of the Century" would attract a reporter or 3 who might wish to win a Pulitzer and be set for life like Woodward & Bernstein. Then again, awards like the Pulitzer, Nobel Peace Prize, etc. have long ago sunk to the level of a Cracker Jack prize. Handed out by Leftists to other Leftists in order to validate their world-view.
There have been a couple of serious moves put on Rush's advertisers. It was orchestrated most recently in the wake of the "Sandra Fluke" testimony before congress. That was so well organized, I'm sure that Rush took that as a shot across his bow.
Sheriff Arpaio did not say that Obama was NOT born in Hawaii, but that the birth certificate released last April was manufactured as were Obama's Draft registration documents. The question is why did someone go to such great lengths to conceal or alter Obama's past? I always thought it strange that an obscure Illinois legislator with no accomplishments of note would write not one but two autobiographies and succeed in getting them published. It is now apparent that these autobiographies were written solely to establish a heroic past life and all of the concealment of Obama's real past is so what is known about him conforms to the narrative of these autobiographies.
Is Obama some kind of Manchurian Candidate created by Bill Ayers and others on the radical left? While I do not subscribe to mass conspiracy theories, Obama did have help and money from outside sources to groom him as a political candidate, but it was only circumstance that propelled him into the presidency. Obama's bumbling as President shows that none of his outside handlers were prepared for him to go that far that quickly. The cool smooth rhetoric that got him elected is gone and what we are seeing now is the raw bare knuckle politics of the Chicago political machine that is being used in desperation to get him reelected.
How did Obama get to be POTUS? It was a combination of Hillary's being seen as unlikeable and shrill and liberals who rejoiced in having a Black man...any Black man... as a Presidential candidate. Possibly Obama's people having dirt about Hillary's lesbianism that also kept her from being the candidate. Obama's election as POTUS was the result of a sycophant media, careful handling that made Obama look cool and a leader and McCain's bumbling campaign.
I’ve thought the same thing for awhile now. He’s not smart enough to think some of this stuff up! He’s a blank slate, a complete fool, someone who’s being controlled by a group of dangerous progressives. This group is to be feared and defeated.
