this kind of depravity occurs around military bases, also wife swapping, all sorts of revolting behavior. Lifers in the military have no money problems, all their decisions including furniture for their quarters are made for them, all they have to do is live their lives. If they are stupid, this is the kind of stuff that goes on. If they have morals, they live a good life and raise their families.
I recommend you provide some proof to back up your baseless charges.
Some, not all the lifers have the perks you take for granted. If living on Base they have the housing/furniture in most cases and this along with on post shopping, medical and dental care, along with a fair salary if they properly manage it makes being a Lifer a good thing; living off post not so much but still not bad.
