Federal Judge Paul Engelmayer in Manhattan says he agrees with blogger Pamela Geller. He says the Metropolitan Transportation Authority should not have rejected Geller's ad.

Geller is the executive director of the American Freedom Defense Initiative. She publishes...

So helpful of the AP to point out that the victory for freedom is only “preliminary.”

Watch for Bloomie to come out and publically chastise Ms. Geller. Probably put some pressure on her so she just goes away.

Bloomie’s got contracts in Dubai to honor, you know. What a putz he is.

Well, it was only a preliminary injunction against the MTA, so that particular characterization wasn’t too bad.

Pamela Geller needs to protect herself and loved ones.

As usual AP gets it wrong. Pam Gellar is not “an anti-Islam activist”. She is against their export of the sharia to non-moslem countries. She is pro-freedom. She has stated on numerous occasions that she is not anti-Islam. She is opposed to the constant violence of Islamists and to their subjugation of women. She is opposed to their export of terror. She is a brave, articulate, unashamed advocate of Western Civilization. We need patriots like her.

Sounds like the anti-Geller side is enforcing the beheader's veto which is an extreme form of the heckler's veto.

Why would she not be anti-Islam? Any thinking person should be, as Islam is inherently anti-freedom, for the subjugation of women and non-Muslims, etc.

Stand up and be counted. It is an evil, totalitarian, misogynistic political system that uses religion as a beard and as a means of control of the masses.

Beyond that, see tagline.
