At least 21 people were shot, three fatally, across the city Friday night and Saturday morning.

Before 1 a.m., 3 people were shot just east of Austin Boulevard on Lake Street. A 19-year-old man was killed, a 20-year-old was taken to John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and a 29-year-old was taken to Loyola Hospital in Maywood. Both survivors were taken to the hospital in serious-to-critical condition, police said. The younger man is now in fair condition, police said.

On the other hand, black serial killers have been overrepresented 2.68 to 7 times their portion of the population, with a 150 year average of 4.18.

Another startling trend he uncovered is black serial killers have never represented less than 26.83% of the number of serial killers in a given decade, despite their overall percentage of the population never exceeding 13.1%.

This trend has steadily increased to the point that in our current decade they represent 88.24% of the number of serial killers apprehended since 2010, yet only account for 12.6% of the populace.

Aside from trends, this book offers reasons most people assume “black serial killers don*t exist” from the media prohibition on the subject, to general misunderstandings. Coupled with this is a look into the various factors that breed serial killers, with a look into why black serial killers are on the rise, while white serial killers are on the decline.

To prove his research is valid, the full list of 836 black serial killer is provided, along with a brief description of their crimes. In addition to this the biographies of 35 of these killers are given, with detailed information about their crimes, including the names of their victims.

Rahm is a failure. He can’t fix crime;he can’t fix the city’s schools. He should disappear from public life when his term ends. He is all bluster and no results.
If he had not promised so much, you could almost feel sorry for him. The crime and school problems stem from large, dependent minority underclass raising feral successor generations without ambition, responsibility or a basic sense of good and bad, right and wrong. But his party, after all, does all it can to keep this underclass under and its members are, with abortionists and sexual deviants, the party’s most reliable supporters. So no sympathy for RAHM.

In only six more days, the body count will equal the tragedy in Colorado. I guess Barrack will be flying the flag at half-mast for them, right? Oh, wait! Most of the murdered folks in Chicago are BLACK! So I guess Barrack WON’T be flying the flag at half-mast after all. He apparently only lowers the flag for WHITE murder victims!
