Blood on hands of Obama, Mitt and NRA! (Gun grabbers want action)
NY Daily News ^ | 07/21/2012 | Editorial Board

The police chief in Aurora, Colo., said he is confident that massacre gunman James Holmes acted alone. The police chief was dead wrong.

Standing at Holmes’ side as he unleashed an AR-15 assault rifle and a shotgun and a handgun was Wayne LaPierre, political enforcer of the National Rifle Association.

Standing at Holmes’ side as he sprayed bullets and buckshot into a crowded movie theater were Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, a President and a would-be President, who have bowed to the NRA’s dictates and who responded to the slaughter Friday with revolting, useless treacle.

I’m waiting for the gungrabbers to articulate what exact law they propose that could have prevented this tragedy. The guy apparently had no criminal record. He bought his guns from licensed dealers. He filled out the forms and cleared the background check. He had them in his possession far longer than any waiting period that’s ever been suggested. What, exactly, are they proposing?

The violent movie, the unarmed clients, the unexplainable shooter, unexplainable access, open door, perpetrator arrested unarmed, all very strange and unexplainable. Either a nutcase, or false flag operation. Do not think for one second that the Marxists would shy from slaughter of children to successfully completely disarm Americans via the UN Arms Treaty to be signed this week.

What should be banned is wide scale gratuitous violence depicted in the media and in public entertainment. It is sick and dangerous.

The tragedy is emblematic of the degenerate decadent mores In the US, which only adjust and hopefully improve over long term.

Here is a really good web page about how the Nazis disarmed the populace. Especially the Jews, targeted for extermination.

The blood is on the hands of Hollywood, the theater, and pop culture. After that the blame lies with the left, and then the Democratic Party.

Somebody needs to show them the video of the armed bank robbers running out of the bank when an armed citizen took them by surprise.

The liberal gun grabbers are out in FULL force now on Twitter. Check out their anti-gun rants and how they blame lack of gun control on the shooting. Sickening! We need to supply them with facts.

It is insanity to think that outlawing guns will keep people from killing people. The answer is; lift the infringements on the right to own and carry weapons. That includes increasing the places that allow these self-defense tools.

The government’s data shows that guns are used to defend against criminals more than 2.5 million times each year. Removing the infringements from this Constitutional right could save more people from being victimized by criminals. But the whiners will not consider that common sense answer.
The mass murders mentioned in this article don’t come close to matching the number killed in two mass murders never mentioned by the gun grabbers. Those mass murders are March 25, 1999 mass murder in the Happy Land social club in the Bronx, and the mass murder at the Dupont Plaza Hotel in Puerto Rico on Dec. 31, 1986. At the Happy Land social club 87 people were murdered. In the Dupont Plaza 97 people were murdered.

Of course, these murders don’t do anything to advance the anti-Bill of Rights agenda of people like the writer and Bloomberg. These mass murders were not committed with guns. The murders used fire to kill their victims.
After the Columbine High School killings the gun grabbers refused to implement the one solution with a proven track record of stopping school killings. They refused to even consider adopting the program Israel has in place.

After the Maalot massacre in the 1970s, when a large number of children were slain in a terrorist incident, Israel armed volunteer parents and grandparents and put them patrolling the schools. In more than 30 years no more children were gunned down in an Israeli school.

The reason is quite easy to understand. As the gun expert and civil rights worker, Massad Ayoob, once pointed out; “Just as wolves do not try to seize a lamb under the nose of the sheepdog, terrorists do not strike where armed protectors are known to be present. They scout the turf and select their victims more carefully than that.”

The sniveling whiner who wrote this crap is either insane and thinks that doing the same thing again and again will produce a new result, or like Bloomberg, isn’t interested in saving lives. His interest is disarming peaceful citizens.

i don’t care what it looks like, if it doesn’t fire full automatic it is NOT an assault rifle.

You are right. And anyway, when it comes to the 2nd amendment, the distinction between assault rifle and not an assault rifle is a meaningless distinction to me.

I predict that Obama will promise that he will prevent this from happening again if he is re-elected.

When was the last criminal in NYC sentenced to 20 years using a gun in commission of a crime where a person was shot .... and actually served the 20 years? When was the last time the death penalty given and executed in NYC where a person was shot and killed? The NYC village idiot and mayor should stick to soda ordinances.

There is always some fool ready to blame somebody else besides then person responsible for their actions. The man who did this is the person responsible. To blame Wayne LaPierre, Obama or Romney is idiotic. Why cannot you grasp a little reality and blame the fool who did this? Why go after these other guys? Is it beyond your reasoning to see that there are some really evil people born into this world and that, like lightning, we can do nothing about them? Come on, grow up!
