Most likely an out-of-touch libtard that thinks he or she is better off only because they get government checks each month. The only part of this recession welfare recipients feel are price increases at the market. Thats it. To them they are as well off today as they were when the unemployment rate was at 4.7% under Bush. No better, no worse off.
