You mean like Hitler? What was he convicted of? Good point. It really is kind of silly when folks say "but..but...he was never tried in a court of law." Like we're not supposed to have any opinions at all about a crime until a jury speaks.
The concept "innocent until proved guilty" just means society cannot punish a person without first proving guilt. It does not mean we cannot have opinions.
