I am told the theater was a Gun Free Zone. If I was a Colorado ccw permit holder and was not allowed to defend myself in that theater and had a loved one killed... Then the theater took on the responsibility for my loved ones safety, and knowingly put that life in jeopardy. Why wouldn’t this be negligence?
It’s trying to make me sign up or sign in- since I’m paranoid, I don’t do that.
