IIRC after the surveillance plane incident with China early in the first GWB Admin, she took it upon herself to apologize to China for our huge plane hitting their little jet jockey. IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT! But her husband had lots of business in China so she intervened. Bush was not going to apologize. Off and on I have a small amount of respect for her but she is, in the end, nothing but a partisan Dem hack.
