Why California Democrats Protect Sex Abuser Teachers
LA Weekly ^ | July 19 2012 | Patrick Range McDonald and Jill Stewart

State Sen. Alex Padilla of Los Angeles had every reason to hope that the 11 members of the obscure but powerful state Assembly Education Committee in Sacramento would back his new legislation, Senate Bill 1530, designed to let public schools more easily fire teachers who commit sexual, physically abusive or drug-related acts with their students.

The bill, written by the former L.A. city councilman from the San Fernando Valley, a graduate of MIT who is seen by many as a man with a political future, had sailed through the Senate Education Committee in the upper house on a bipartisan vote. In the state Capitol, news reports about disgusting teachers who weren't fired thanks to rigidly protective laws — teachers such as alleged sex pervert Mark Berndt — were fresh in legislators' minds.

... But in late June, Democratic legislators from six Southern and Northern California communities killed Padilla's bill.

The students aren’t impenetrable, but the unions are.

I can only conclude that ANYONE who would vote to protect sex abuser teachers are into the same goddamned perversion themselves.

When is enough finally going to be ENOUGH?

Decades ago the communists threatened to infiltrate and takeover our education system.

I’m amazed at how easy it was for them.

How are these politicians any better than the Penn State people who turned a blind eye? I say they are worse but nothing will be done about them.

Don’t assume the sex pervert pushers are not for the legalization of adults having sex with children. Not long ago it would have been outrageous for teachers to talk dirty to kids and show them porn. Now it is called “comprehensive” sex education.

Adults in schools telling children to keep secrets from their parents during sex education sessions and in homosexual/straight/questioning kiddie sex clubs would have been outrageous - a sure sign of adults setting up kids for abuse. Now it is accepted.

Gay activists busted into the schools to groom kids for homosexuality as they develop their own sexual understandings and expectations for a reason.

The elite want to leagalize sex between adults and children. After looking at what happened to the boys at Penn State, you can see there are plenty of whimps and evil weavels willing to look the other way for power and money.

It’s very dangerous for children right now.

California Democrats also worked to repeal longstanding legislation that prohibited Communists from becoming teachers in public schools and also prohibited indoctrinating students on the overthrow of our Federal government and Constitution.

Now why would the Democrats want students to be subjected to those views daily? Hmmm?
