Yugoslavia ?? Oh, is that no longer a country?
I been watching MSNBC and besides from their on-air progressive moral lectures they play these neat 30 second mini-moral-pep talk lectures about American and stuff for us to learn from.
I have learned that :
1) American was built by illegal immigrants, and we all were illegals once. (oddly enough my grandmother claims she came here legally through Ellis Island just after WWI.)
2) America is about Democracy and Democracy is about voting for ‘Free stuff’ taken from those MORE ‘fortunate’ than us. It also has a deep history of racism and sexism and 'name-your-favorite-ism's that can only be cleaned by endless 'free stuff' taken from white hetrosexual Christian males.
3) The economy is not fueled by the producers (employers), it is fueled by the consumers (recipients) who spend other peoples money there-by creating demand and giving the producers something to do. In fact the single Mom on welfare and food stamps is the most important cog in the system.
You disagree?
My grandparents came here in the early ‘20’s to escape a tyranny as mindless, oppressive, dehumanizing and brutal as the one which Liberals now want to set in place for America. Liberals are calling their ‘tyranny’ something else, but it IS a tyranny just the same.
If you go back all the way to the people who fled Europe to colonize the N. American continent, you’ll recall they succeeded against the very cruelest odds. Also, you will find they did this without the ‘help’ of ANY government.
If they came here and sat on their collective a$#es waiting for ‘government’ to lend a hand, their rotting bones would still be sitting there.
Actually, the only government which intervened was the one they risked their lives and fortunes to flee.
The America these colonists (and subsequent legal immigrants) were committed enough, strong enough and lucky enough to create is the very America Liberals are trying so desperately to return to tyranny!!
THIS IS WHY SOCIALISM OR COMMUNISM DOESNT WORK.
