The man who was seen being sexually assaulted in the Penn State showers by Jerry Sandusky in 2001 has come forward and identified himself to attorneys, who say that he plans to sue the university.
A man claiming to be Victim 2, whom assistant coach Mike McQueary saw being molested in the shower by Sandusky, is being represented by four attorneys, including Joel Feller and Matt Casey of Philadelphia and Justine Andronici and Andrew Shubin of State College, according to a statement released by the attorneys today.
The man's name is not being released to the public, but his attorneys have posted on their website two voicemails that Sandusky allegedly left the man on his cell phone in 2011.

It shouldn't be hard for the authorities to locate these rich donors, if they really want to. There are always paper trails and banks by law have to maintain them.
There is no statute of limitations for murder, in most (if not all) states.
I think the real question should be not who knew and did nothing, but who participated. Actually the list of who knew and did nothing is likely very, very long.

Hate the crime, hate Sandusky, sympathy for the victim, but the timing is suspect.

Waiting until JoePa was dead so Sandusky couldn't call him as a character witness.
No explanation in the article as to why he didn’t come forward for Sandusky’s trial. Were they still meeting after all these years??? He would be 21???
I understand what you are trying to say. But I work with more than twenty different college programs and I can happily say that none of them would have brushed this under the rug.
Paternoster was a good coach. But he was an evil man to put his friendship and his program ahead of these young children. Sandusky was a sick man...a pervert with something “wrong” with him. He should be put down—but like a mean dog...it’s the way he is wired.
What is Paterno’s excuse?
