Alaska man sues for proof of Obama's eligibility

JUNEAU, Alaska -- A Juneau man has filed a lawsuit trying to compel the state of Alaska to prove that President Obama is qualified to be on the ballot.
Gordon Warren Epperly claims in the lawsuit filed in Juneau Superior Court that Obama's citizenship status is unknown, and that Obama was illegally inaugurated in 2009, KTOO reported (http://is.gd/quT1TH).
He also claims that Obama, by taking office, has committed a crime of trying to overthrow the U.S. government. Epperly is acting as his own attorney.
The lawsuit is seeking the state Division of Elections to obtain a physical, "verified" copy of Obama's birth certificate.

This sounds like a false flag plant.
He’s also suing that women aren’t eligible for office either.
Yes, the form the DNC submitted to the several States did NOT verify that 0bama was eligible to be president - as I think has ALWAYS happened.
Seems states need at least SOME kind of document at least.
How can he sue? Nobody seems to have “standing” in this matter. Absurd yes, but evidently an insurmountable burden imposed by the courts who don’t like the legitimacy of the president to come into question.
By it’s inaction, the Supremes have said that anyone can be POTUS, just like your mom told you when you were a kid. The only requirement is to get elected!
In order to have “standing” you must first have “rights”. In order to have “rights” you must first have a constitution acknowledging those “rights” as God given. Our constitution was shredded years ago by two political parties.
I have a dumb ass relative (he has two degrees) who said obama getting elected PROVED he was eligible.

The way to get to the bottom of this is to sue the Democrat party who “vetted” Obama. “Discovery” would be a treasure trove of information; hell, sue the GOP too, lets get some REAL “transparency”.

actually, i think every American citizen has a right to know that anyone running for office is legal. i go for a id card or a drivers license i have to show them my birth certificate.
i am not ashamed of mine. it shows the name of my Father and Mother, when i was born and where. it is no secret and should not be.
the obamanation is either hiding something, or not, i do not care if the person that is asking for clarification is a kook. if he has a right to vote, he has a right to know.
the kenyan should show us his school records also. trump is right on this. wish mittens would do what the hair-do suggests.

Verified by whom? (Send me your birth cert. and I’ll verify that you were born but not “where”).
Odummer has sent a couple of bogus “BC’s” already but unfortunately for him, Sheriff Joe arrived on the scene with some BIG questions.......then proved the BC was a fake.
Hope the guy gets his case heard but that will depend on the judge. It sure would be great if there were 50 states that all asked for the same proof.
