I agree with your post. She was an attractive woman, and it is too bad she died, but it was her fault.

Her parents should be ashamed of themselves. At worst, they didn’t raise her with any more commonsense than she displayed, and at best, they are abdicating their responsibility and blaming others.

The parents are understandably distraught and want it to be someone's fault, some reason, something to blame. They cannot, in their pain, blame their daughter, who in fact is at fault, because their pain is too raw.
Money will not fill the hole that has been ripped in their lives and win or lose they will come to know that.
If there are any judges left with any sense the suit should be thrown out.
