[OFFICIAL CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION FILED BY GAY RIGHTS REPRESENTATION AGAINST CHICK FIL A - IL]
The Civil Rights Agenda, a local LGBT rights advocacy group, filed multiple complaints with the Illinois Department of Human Rights Thursday, alleging that the Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A restaurant chain’s “intolerant corporate culture” violates Illinois law and a provision in the state’s Human Rights Act.
“In our current high speed media and social media environment, Chick-fil-A has announced and caused to be published, to hundreds of millions of people, that LGBT people are unacceptable and objectionable,” said Jacob Meister, Governing Board President of TCRA and the attorney who filed the complaint. “They have made it clear the lives of LGBT individuals are unacceptable to them and that same-gender families are unwelcome at Chick-fil-A.”

PS - how can they claim discrimination? What did they discriminate against?? Did they forbid any LGBT person from buying their products???
Unless it ends up in front of a queer or lesbo judge.
Countersue for liable and defamation. I know a lot of Christian lawyers that would offer pro-bono services.
What is the damage caused by a person saying they don’t support homosexual marriage? Is there some massive monetary loss from that?
And since he limited his comments to his personal views, what deep pockets are there going to be other than his?
What possible case does this group have?

Countersue for 100 million dollars. Name the attorneys in the lawsuit in that they are filing a bogus claim.

Everyone hates a bully.
It doesn’t matter. They want to make Chick Fil A bleed, financially. If they have to defend themselves in court, even if they win, they would have to spend time and money. This is strictly for harrassment. Isn’t there something called RiCO that is supposed to punish this sort of organized harrassment?
This must be tossed out on First Amendment (free speech, free practice of religion) grounds. If not, it’s time to go to war with the fags and their enablers.
