MADISON, Wis. -- Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker plans to speak next week at a prominent think tank that denies the existence of man-made global warming.
Walker is scheduled to appear Aug. 9 at the Chicago-based Heartland Institute. His keynote speech is part of a dinner celebrating Heartland's 28th anniversary.
