The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney attracting 47% of the vote, while President Obama earns support from 43%. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.
Following Romneys overseas trip, 44% believe the president is better able to deal with Americas allies. Another 44% say Romney is better for that task.
Republicans continue to follow the election more closely than Democrats or unaffiliated voters. This is a key indicator of potential turnout.

-23%!!!!
I love the smell of roasted Kenyan in the morning.
.... Is it just me ...... or has Obama's approval ratings been dropping to 43 or 44 percent ever since he has gotten into office?
All this tells me is that his approval ratings have remained pretty much stable and even for his whole first term!
And he’s back into the “abyss”, where his strongly disapprove score is higher that his TOTAL approve.
Oops... misread on my part. Nevermind.
The ‘magical’ number of never below 41/42%.
Everytime there is a NEW low, it is never below that number.
I tell ya, it is ‘magical’.
Amazed that so many (44%) approve of the “job” this moron from Mombasa is doing! A nation of idiots...
We all wish it were so, and are hopeful that come November, it WILL be so!
I got the phone call from Rasmussen a few days ago. Actually, I answered a Demo traitor’s phone and took the poll in place of the unknowing traitor.
I think they only let me call the liar in chief an extermist rating, they didn’t give me a -9 choice.
I believe Rush said last week that Carter and Ronald Regan were showing about even right before the election. I don’t remember what 2010 polls showed before that slaughter but the presstitutes and polsters plan is to keep the sheeple thinking it’s going to be close otherwise the freeloaders known as Demos will not show up.
America is pissed at this lying Muslim traitor. IN a sane world, Obama would have already been hung for treason.
Not to worry - in the last six weeks before the election his numbers ( and the economic numbers ) will go up... Not that dems and their minions are liars or anything...
I just hope that Rasmussen is as accurate this election cycle as he has been in the past. He nailed the 2008 election. Aside from Gallup, Ras appears to be an outlier when compared to Pew, Quinn, Fox, CBS/WSJ/NBC ect. Maybe I’m just putting too much into Ras only to be crushed this November? The RAT base sat out the 2010 election cycle but I fear that they will flood the precincts to protect their bene’s this time around. The polling companies have a huge challenge trying to predict turnout. The RATS had a +7 advantage in 2008. I’m not so sure that the Republican party has done a damn thing to motivate turnout. It really will boil done to the Tea Party intensity. Sorry for the rant.
What is your opinion of Mason-Dixon polling?
Slightly less than half a nation.
I don't think it's really even that high.
Mason-Dixon polling at the State level has been pretty accurate over the years IMO. So far this cycle, I have not seen many of their polls. They may be doing private work for various campaigns?
Agree.
Mason - Dixon has always been about the best on the state level. Hope to see more of their results soon.
They recently did one for the StL Dispatch. Just curious if they were anywhere near accurate.
Libturds sense a landslide against their Messiah coming in November, this is the reason for their desperate measures.
The ends justify the means...typical commie mantra.
From eyeballing the graphs over at rasmussenreports.com it looks like he has Romney at +/- 46.5% and rising over the last month or so and Obama at +/- 44.75% and falling over the same period. Looks nice to me. I hope Ras is Right.
Regarding the Pew poll that shows Hussein with a 10% advantage, my husband just called Pew to get the skinny. He spoke with Molly Rohal.
She told him they sampled 77% greater number of Democrats than Republicans. She said it was a valid representation.
