Five armed men who attempted to rob a jewellery store were left scrambling for the door when a 65-year-old woman opened fire on them.
The handgun-wielding thieves, clad in hoodies, were forced to flee Continental Jewelry in Garden Grove, California, after the woman chased after them last week.
The men pulled up to the store in a white Ford SUV and entered one by one, pointing their guns at the clerks and one customer.
They ordered everybody to drop to the ground, while opening up pillowcases and demanding cash in what was likely to be a violent smash-and-grab heist.
But the robbers were thwarted in their tracks when the 65-year-old storeowner heard the commotion from the back of the store.
She ran into the main room while firing two rounds, causing the men to panic and attempt to flee the store.
The one-minute incident, which was captured on surveillance camera, shows the men falling over and stumbling into each other as they try to open the door.

This old woman like the old guy in Florida and others must be stopped. They are creating hostile work environments for many young sons of Africa and that in itself is racist. How can a young prince of the urban jungle who is just trying to feed his childrens and baby’s mamas and his crack habit do a good job when he could be hurt or killed by some old person with a gun? Where are Rev.Jackson and Bro Sharpton when we need them?
I definitely don't like the fact that the state of Kalifornia put this woman at a distinct disadvantage. That she succeeded in driving off the attackers is great. But being outnumbered and out-gunned is no way to go through life.
It worked for her though didn’t it? :)

Check out the brave little dog on the counter. You can see him in the lower right part of the screen in some of the views. He doesn’t back away.
Thugs like these are usually cowards - it’s why they’re criminals in the first place. Losers can’t compete... they ‘cheat’ at everything. A senior citizen with a gun changes the odds and they run. The only time losers stand up is when they totally outnumber their victims... in people and weapons. It’s why they’re losers...
Count them with me. It looks like the punk with the gun goes through the motion of chambering a round two or three times. The first as he enters the store, the second and third as he approaches the counter and before he points at people in the area.
Little wonder they got out of dodge so quickly. They had a gun and no bullets.
It should be remembered that the Police are Union members also into re-distributing the publics wealth.. to THEM..
but then so are the Firefighters and the Public School teachers..
not nearly do decicated to public service as to public re-distribution of wealth..
you know................. TO THEM..
