360K more illegal immigrants eligible for Obama's deferred deportation program, group says

About 350,000 more illegal immigrants than previously thought could earn an extra two years in the U.S. when President Obama's new policy takes effect next week, according to the Migration Policy Institute.

Under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, students age 30 or younger who are enrolled in school on the day they apply will now be eligible for a two-year reprieve from deportation if they demonstrate that they came to the U.S. before their 16th birthday; lived there for the past five years; and have not been convicted of certain crimes or pose a national security threat.

Before the new rule was announced last week, the program was slated to be open to students enrolled in school as of June 15, 2012, or those who have graduated high school, received a GED or honorably left the armed services, including the Coast Guard.

So, we will see massive counterfeiting and Mexican Embassy documents ‘attesting’ that so-and-so officially left Mexico before their 16th birthday. We will also see hundreds of thousands of fraudulent and back-dated GEDs.

When all this shakes out we will see that MILLIONS have been allowed in - the number of illegals in this country is closer to 50 Million rather than 12, and the government is going to look the other way to let 5-10 million more in.

This nothing but undeclared war and invasion. We should be fighting these people instead of giving them a free-ride.

My city is being overrun by foreign peoples. I see an ocean of foreign Mexicans, Hispanics, Muslims, Pakistanis, Somalis, Africans, Asians, Haitans , every damn thing, etc.

Obama keeps letting them into the U.S.A. . Obama will unconstitutionally grant them all Amnesty by decree. This is why Americans are begging on the street as immigrants have taken any jobs that are available.

This has to stop. Go back to your country you sick pukes. This is my country.We have no jobs in this Obama economy.

Unfortunately, the problem is not unique to your area - or any one area or geographical location. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE, PERIOD. There are many, many more than the 12 millions the government admits to.

In my county of North Georgia, 96% are white, 1% are black, and the rest are illegals 3% (US Census). EVERYWHERE - like roaches and rats.

I used to buy a lot of candy for the neighborhood subdivision kids ($200-$300). The illegals began driving from miles around to bring their anchor babies 'getting more free crap' until they choked out the residents in the subdivision. No costumes, just a pillow case or a plastic bag to hold out and get free candy. NOT ONE WORD. No thank yous, no nothing! Not even from the parents.

I stopped that crap pretty quick. Now I only give out candy to the neighborhood little ones whose parents bring them round in the late daytime before the moochers get there. Lights out after that.
