Why did this piece of crap scum want a dog if he didn’t expect it to BE a dog?
In the last months of his life, my Rocket the cat was occasionally incontinent. That mattered not at all to me, and I still praised him and told him he was a good boy. After 15 years of his being my loving constant companion, I wasn’t about to chastise him in any way when he became ill.
He truly was my good boy.
Besides, no one should ever use corporal punishment on a pet. It doesn’t work, other than to cause hate and fear, and it makes no sense to hurt an animal for being an animal.
Animal behavior can be modified by positive means, such as treats, praise, attention, grooming, and expressing affection with ear scritches, tummy rubs, etc.
Death by Anaconda.
