Thanks for the offer. My nephew and his wife are moving to CS soon. My mom, niece, and lots of friends are in Dallas. I still have friends who live in CS.
All of them are promising to check on my son and to help if there is ever a problem. I think he’d have more privacy if he was 2 hours away.
I will say that I much prefer A&M then him going down to one of the colleges in southern Cali. I’d be a nervous wreck if he was going to USC or UCLA or some other colleges in the area.

This was supposedly just for an eviction notice, what will happen when they go door to door shooting your pets, sending your family naked out in the front yard and they rip apart the walls of your home?
Its the product of fear, enough people have been brainwashed by fear, fear of Obamacare, fear of Obama and Sharia laws, fear of 2012 actually happening, and just plain old fear of being up against the wall after being attacked for child support payments, late utility bills, reduction of wages or the uncertainty of keeping your job.

From my understanding, this was not at the college. It was some guy being evicted, just gone through a divorce, had recently lost his job.
Just another ploy by the media to make this look like a “Campus Shooting”.
Texas A&M University says a shooter has been taken into custody near its campus in College Station.Or perhaps the NY Post editor missed the episode of Sesame Street where Grover discussed the spatiale differences between "NEAR" and "ON".
Yes, he’s third generation. Both granddads, ‘55 and ‘57, both parents, ‘79, and we raised 3 Aggies who married Aggies, ‘04, ‘06 and ‘08. Also, many uncles, aunts and cousins. My brother was the holdout... He went to West Point. :) And yes, he’s deployed. He’s flying over the Strait of Hormuz keeping an eye on Iran for us.
Couple of blocks from campus, near the football stadium. Constable was serving eviction papers to some loser. Loser decided to start shooting; killed the Constable. A few others were injured. Shooter barricaded himself in the house but was later arrested.
