A new Washington Post poll shows a whopping 74 percent of Americans believe photo identification should be required to cast a ballot in U.S. elections.
The question:
Q: In your view, should voters in the United States be required to show official, government-issued photo identification -- such as a driver?s license -- when they cast ballots on Election Day, or shouldn't they have to do this?
The results:
According to Attorney General Eric Holder's classification of Voter I.D. laws as "discriminatory," 74 percent of the country must be raaacccciiiisssttttt.
I would like to know the party affiliation of the remaining 26% that don’t want voter ID. I bet we all can guess.
I would bet a large percentage of the remaining 26% are not legal voters.
I voted “early” last week, and when I went to the courthouse, I was asked for my driver’s license, which was swiped, and then handed a ballot. I didn’t feel violated, or put upon, and in fact, I felt secure in knowing my vote had a fair chance of electing my candidates.

MSM interpretation: 74 Percent of Americans are racist.
Since when has these pussyfied Washington politicians listened to what we say? These people live in an ivory tower, and the only time they come down from that IVORY TOWER is when they are asking us for our votes. When are we ever going to learn? If we only knew that the real power belongs to us, and these politicians are an impediment to what we want done. They have all been bought and paid for by these Washington lobbyists. We need a complete overhaul of what is going on in Washington.

Our election was a couple of weeks ago. I showed my voter registration card and my military dependent card. there is no photo on my drivers license. It’s not required for senior citizen 60 and over
Side bar issue: Can someone kindly post a primary ping so we can follow the primaries this evning in Connecticut, Florida, Wisconsin and Minnesota? In Florida Alan West is destroying his primary opponent, as Connie Mack is doing the same to his opponents. Mack will take the senate seat from Bill Nelson with ease. Check the voting democgraphics in Florida. Obama will lose Florida, no matter what he does.
You will have a chance to vote YOUR incumbent out of office this November.
Oh, wait. YOUR incumbent is the one honest representative in Washington, huh?

I am the judge of elections for my township in PA and over the years we have been asked why we don’t ask for id. Everyone thought it should be mandatory. Of course, now we will be asking for id if it stands as it should!
Thanks Kaslin.
extremist fringe, lol
I had to show my photo driver’s license and my voter registration card! This should be the requirement everywhere.
