The Rinos are trying to make it harder to get a CCW in Wisconsin with administrative rules that they could not get passed in the legislature.
Wisconsin worked hard to pass one of the best shall issue laws in the country. I expect that they will move toward constitutional carry rather than let administrators in the DOJ make CCW more restrictive than it is now.

I certainly hope so...but am not overly optimistic. We humans seem to gravitate away from freedom and toward tyranny, given the opportunity.
