The saddest thing of all is all the elections that were uncontested. I think that is just awful. Most of the people running don’t even have an opponent. No wonder Washington is a mess. Congrats to all the winners. Good to see Allen West, Mica, Yaho and all the rest.

Newcomer Dr. Ted Yoho, local Veterinarian, defeated 3 others in the heated GOP Primary for the newly redistricted Florida 3rd District. Congressman Cliff Stearns represented the FL 6th District since 1989, and was the early favorite. Yoho was backed by Tea Party supporters, looking for a fresh face in the U.S. House.
Yoho will face Democrat Jacques Rene Gaillot in November.

It looks like Cliff Stearns is on his way out. He's been forced into a runoff and finished second place to an obscure veterinarian named Ted Yoho, whom I know nothing at all about.
