Bruce is a self described RINO and does not like the conservative turn the state of Kansas is currently taking. Dr. Paul A. Ibbetson shares his thoughts.

I read this column in the Hays Daily (which only publishes 6 days a week). The author is the area boss of a bunch of KS papers, which goes a long way toward explaining their leftist slant in a conservative state. The issue he's bawling about is the recent primary election here, where a bunch of RINOS were tossed out. The RATS in KS have had a long-term plan to infiltrate and wreck the Republican party, since RATS can't get elected here. It worked for a while, but they just suffered a significant setback, hence the tears.

There use to be a website called ragingrino.com or something to that effect. It’s now defunct, but at the time it was a blog site for moderate left/center Republicans...........and they were proud of it. Go figure.

Any elected official that describes himself as a RINO should be thrown out of office simply for stupidity.

An intelligent “RINO” who was willing to admit it would say he is a liberal Republican.

I truly now believe that the left has infiltrated the Republican party, consciously, as (camouflaged) leftists. Why not? That tactic has worked in spectacular fashion for them in every other institution, including the Christian church. Why would they not co-opt the political opposition party? It couldn’t have been too difficult, considering how many globalists were already there with whom they could find common cause.
