Ryan has a reputation for using P90X - and he has a whole group of congress people who join him in the gym on a regular basis. This is a great thing .. a VP and potential Pres who is conscious of his health. I believe it was GW who did the same - eating right, exercising and looking good!!! These actions are better than the “nanny state” telling people what they can’t eat or drink.

Yep, if people want to eat themselves into medication and strokes let em but the gov't needs to stay out.

I do P90X and Insanity..both are good but they have different training programs and people should do both every so often to be well rounded.

For guys - If you’re searching images I’d recommend using “topless” instead of “shirtless.” Trust me. ;-)
