I’ll say this: If a girl goes on a date with a guy, invites him into her apartment, is surrounded by other people who never hear any protest and there is no physical evidence of force, and it takes her several days to decide it was rape, then it doesn’t meet the definition of rape, IMHO.
I’m all in favor of executing rapists. But I’m not in favor of blindly taking a woman’s word that a sexual act was rape...
Mr. Rogers, of course women have lied about rape, but referring to how a woman dresses on a date in the same sentence about false claims of rape after a sexual encounter has a whiff of the “she was asking for it” justification. (imo)
