Not at all! A pleasant aperatif!

Genuflectimus non ad principem sed ad Principem Pacis!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

I have a poem for the professor..

The Owl looked up to the stars above,
And sang to a small guitar,
"O lovely Pussy! O Pussy, my love,
What a beautiful Pussy you are, you are, you are,
What a beautiful Pussy you are."

I'm merely a physical chemist, but I never saw a physics discussion that was "controversial" enough to raise emotions to the level of spit-ball throwing -- much less pulling a weapon.

That would be mechanical engineers who get seriously argumentattive about whose solution is more elegant, not physicists. Usually. But then there's guys like Leo Szilard, notable for getting testy with those who could not follow his choreography of angels danciong on the point of a pin. Sadly, he left us to figure out things for ourselves after a fatal heart attack back around 1964 or so.

Leo is the one on the right, explaining the basics of physics to his friend Al.

Boulder makes Boston look conservative.

Steve Coontz is the only conservative in Boulder

But Soldier of Fortune magazine is published in Arvada, and their offices are there. That balances things out a bit, and keeps the know-it-all perfesser types out of the local saloons, 'ceptin' for the ones with ferns and saffron curtains.
