(CNSNews.com) - The long-awaited inspector general's report on the Justice Department's botched gun-running scheme is finished, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said on Wednesday.

But along with that news comes more questions: Issa and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) are demanding to know why a top ATF official involved in Operation Fast and Furious remains on paid leave from ATF -- while simultaneously drawing a six-figure salary from J.P. Morgan, a major investment bank.

So the banksters and thugsters ARE making it formal?

I'll bet we're going to hear of more formalizing in the next week or two with the public unveiling of the third leg of the stool, islam.

Guns, drugs and money. Nobody appreciates vast quantities of each more than pirates do.

No wonder the banksters are comfortable telling the law to pound sand.

This is okay with me. When it comes time to feed the hogs, this little fish will be in a gun free zone.

“...Bill McMahon, can remain on paid leave while simultaneously drawing an additional six figure salary from a major financial services company.”

Where is the illegality? He is on leave, and can do what he wants while on leave, including working for someone else. As I understand the regulations, you can work for another firm while working for the government, as long as your moonlighting does not interfere with your government job, and the job is approved of by your supervisor.

This may be shady, but if McMahon is taking terminal leave, what is illegal about him starting his new job while on that leave?

This guy sounds like one of those evil "one percenters". < /s>

Once again we see how the deep and pervasive is the corruption endemic in our federal government.

Thanks for the link to the MF story and to

http://acrossthestreetnet.wordpress.com/2012/08/19/shhhh-its-even-worse-than-the-great-depression/

I can’t say I look forward to the day when conversation about abuse of power no longer stops at ‘mistakes were made’ or ‘personality disorders’ explanations. But until then, not too much will change.

Behind such short sighted blandishments, the criminal elite rolls along unimpeded. Even to the uprising planned and controlled by them.

Every action taken by the political leaders and their senior partners in crime that results in further loss of liberty is done purposely and with forethought. When that is absorbed by concerned America, Katy bar the door.

Leftist will go down but not easily. They’re organized and there’s a lot of them. Which brings to mind Chesty Puller’s words of wisdom at the frozen Chosin...

“All right, they’re on our left, they’re on our right, they’re in front of us, they’re behind us...they can’t get away this time.”

Actually, I think he sounds exactly like the chief evil stooge from Matt Bracken's first trilogy of books: EFAD and I forget the stooges name but they all act remakarbly similar to their real life counter parts.... funny how that works.

Issa says ATF’s McMahon ‘will probably be referred for criminal prosecution’

http://www.examiner.com/article/issa-says-atf-s-mcmahon-will-probably-be-referred-for-criminal-prosecution

ISSA:

“This is somebody who our reports said perjured himself before the Congress,” Issa charged. “We don’t understand why J.P. Morgan would hire somebody who’s lied to Congress, that will probably be referred for criminal prosecution.”

From the same article I previously sent link for:

The specter of prosecution also makes speculative questions fair to ask, particularly since the joint letter by Issa and Sen. Chuck Grassley to ATF Acting Director B. Todd Jones that set off this latest line of inquiry noted McMahon was now working for J.P. Morgan in the Philippines. Noting another prominent “Gunwalker” figure, former National Security Council official Kevin O’Reilly (recipient of the suspicious “You didn’t get these from me” emails from former ATF Phoenix Field Office Special Agent in Charge William Newell, who has been placed out of the Committee’s reach due to State Department assignment in Iraq, and subsequently placed legally out of reach by White House Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler), wondering if McMahon has been similarly maneuvered out of reach is natural and warranted.
