There are four big lessons here: 1) Federal LEOs are getting twitchy; 2) federal LEOs are monitoring through whatever mechanism(s) a lot of personal albeit electronic communications; 3) federal LEOs are monitoring ignorant or indifferent towards Constitutional restrains; 4) not all federal personnel are willing to give carte blanche to an American commissariat. That reveals a LOT of federal deficiencies and weaknesses. Not bad reconnaissance results for one - this time bloodless - incident.
