GOOD...and just a courtesy FYI for any FReepers who are still unaware of Home Depot's enthusiastic support for the homosexual agenda: find somewhere else to shop for your hardware needs, and maybe pop in to HD only to tell the managers what you think of their corporate guidance.

I was unaware of Homo Depot’s stance until some fellow Freepers made me aware a few months ago. Since then, I don’t go near the place. And from what I’ve seen of the parking lot, I’m not alone. Customers are staying away in droves.

Well that nails it for me. I’ve been shopping at Lowes lately anyway, and I’m loving the quality of their products over HD’s. They have better quality lumber, better quality tools, and a MUCH more helpful staff than HD.

I haven’t stepped foot in Home Depot in years since they started putting work under the table paid in cash tax free illegal alien day labor stations at their new stores.

Not sure you can boycott a company twice

Yep. I go to Lowes for my everyday hardware needs. For all else, it’s Grainger’s or Big R.

“This was mandated by corporate directive. Therefore the display was torn down at least 2 times.””

Great to see the HD employees taking such direct action against their employer.

The Boycott against Home Depot must continue and grow.

Please also keep in mind that Lowe’s provides Same Sex Sodomite Partner benefits to their Sodomite Employees and we must also Boycott Lowes.

Bogus reporting from AFA.

99% of Americans don't even know about these "Boycott's and they don't care anyway if they did.

FACTS: Home Depot Sales beat WS estimates this year and is increasing every quarter.

Home Depot stock price is the HIGHEST IN 12 YEARS and it went up 26% this year alone.

Thanks for the heads up. I guess I’ll save big money, save great big money, when I shop Menard’s!

Pro-homo agenda - pass it on.

We have a Lowes in the area as well.
Time to make this news about HD a little more local. I think our neighborhood should be alerted.

I was a loyal HD customer for YEARS before their gay stance (or should I say ‘bend’?). Cut my HD card and mailed it to them with a note, and haven’t been back in a year or so.

You’d have to be desparate for a tool to shop at Homo Depot!

Well their prices keep going up and the quality of what they sell keeps going down. Its one thing to sell cheap chinese made crap cheap, but when you sell the same cheap crap and then charge a premium for it, its not good.

They obviously arent the only company guilt of this, but I gave up shopping at HD for anything meaningful long ago.

Lowes has better quality stuff, and Ace Hardware is more convenient with better service.

I don’t believe in boycotts, but I did learn in Business 101 that when you buy a product you are voting for it.

I refuse to “vote for” Home Depot.

Apparently I am not alone. ;-)

Perhaps this is an anecdotal bit of evidence. Home Depot has reported earnings and they exceeded projections. I personally have not shopped at HD since I found out they supported gays and go to Lowes. Both offer 10% discounts to Vets and the prices are close enough to not make a difference. Looks as if we need a few more of us to switch from HD to Lowes and help get their earnings up.

As for Lowes, here are the earnings (2nd Qtr)

I am always surprised by retail companies that take any type of stand on social issues. Why support any social hot button cause? OK, maybe diabetes research. But Gay Pride parades?

Where I live there is a Homo Depot and a Lowe’s right down the street from each other. I have traditionally shopped mostly at Homo Depot during the past 15 years because it was there first. No more. Hello, Lowes.

GOOD! I haven’t been there since the boycott happened. Like the sodomites save them if they’re losing money.

Yes! Lowe’s needs to do a Chick-Fil-A, and come out for keeping marriage hetero. They would BURY Homo Depot. I would pay money to see that.

As a home owner, and a business owner, and a Scout leader, over the past 15 years I've spent an average of $10-$20K per year in various home improvement stores. I used to spend a good percent of that money at HD.

Since the news of the HD “advocacy” position came out I don't think I've spend $100 in a HD, in total, since. We have two of them within a 10-minute drive, and I haven't stepped in either of them for nearly 3 years. I won't spend a dime in an HD unless I have an emergency need and no other choice.
