Here’s what R&R need to hammer home: Originally Obama said that Obamacare was going to SAVE money and reduce medical costs. It was only AFTER the CBO scored his original plan that his lie was evident for all to see. He then revised the plan to include raiding Medicare because he knew Obamacare couldn’t pass Congress without being deficit neutral.
The key point - Obama was dead wrong when he originally said we’re going to “bend the cost curve” with Obamacare as indicated by the CBO and the fact they have to raid Medicare to make any kind of argument that the numbers work.
Republicans and conservatives in general need to focus not so much on the individual issues but the how these individual issues demonstrate a democratic systematic effort to lie and deceive. Because if you can successfully damage the fundamental credibility of Obama/democrats, then you are 75% of the way to victory as it relates to any specific current or future political dispute.
