The sitting president and vice president have the right to campaign. But this trip would not have been a campaign trip it would have been with the intent to disrupt and he would have been doing so on the taxpayers' dime.

Wondering if he got 'disinvited'. Imagine him barging in with his entourage & what it would do to the city & responsibilities of law enforcement.
Obama & Plugs have no consideration for the inconvenience they cause as they tour around spreading their important propoganda.
