One of the women in the Obama campaign's new video of Republicans supporting the president because of GOP positions on women's rights appears not to be a Republican at all.
Maria Ciano who is featured in the web video has been a registered Democrat since October 2006 according to voter registration records. "People like me and my family have realized that the Republican Party once was inline with our views, but are no longer," the Colorado resident says in the video.
The video is one component of a larger Obama campaign push on women in light of the recent controversy surrounding Todd Akin.

There’s no there, there. The only claim the woman being referred to in this article made was that she was raised in a very conservative family. She doesn’t claim to be a Republican nor does she say she ever was one. Much ado about absolutely nothing.

She claims to be a Republican and she is not. I don’t know what you are watching or reading.
The woman I am talking about is the younger one with the long hair, skinny. She’s the one who utters the words quoted in the article and if you watch it all the way through she never claims to be a Republican.

It’s a mandatory requirement. Tax evasion and cronyism are pluses.
Apparently she was Republican, until the Republicans went on their AMNESTY BINGE in 2006, and then she switched.
I doubt the Obama people were able to find any switchers in the past few years though.
