Phoenix-based private detective Paul McLaughlin has said that more than a decade agoin February 2002he telephoned then-president Spanier to caution him about a Penn State professor who had abused him as a boy for about three years. Some of the abuse, he told Spanier, took place in the professors Penn State office. "

Spanier looks like a very homosexual piece of wood to me.

Spanier has a track record that would make Gore Vidal blush. Somehow, the NCAA concentrated on punishing the Penn State students of the future (who will have the massive fines tacked onto their tuition bills), the memory of Joe Paterno, and PSU fans. Left utterly untouched were Spanier as president of PSU and vowed on his arrival as president in the mid-1990s to make Penn State the "MOST GAY FRIENDLY CAMPUS IN AMERICA." Obviously, he succeeded. Now he needs to be fairly indicted, fairly convicted, fairly sentenced (for the rest of his miserable excuse for a life) to Supermax with three neanderthals named Big Bubba as his cellmates.
Similarly, there needs to be a serious investigation and indictments and convictions of the other indicted executive officials of Penn State and of the Trustees and big donors who were complicit and or who may have had young boys provided to them for sexual abuse by Sandusky's "Second Mile Foundation." Mail fraud, wire fraud, RICO and other federal indictments as well.
And then there is the little matter of the "disappearance" of the local elected prosecutor one Friday night about ten years ago. He was personally investigating the sexual abuse of kids at Penn State when he suddenly disappeared. Neither he nor his car have ever been found. He had taken his laptop with him. The laptop was never found either but its hard drive was found in a river bed not far away wiped clean of any data. Can anyone imagine a case like that going "cold case????" and being ignored??? No statute of limitations on murder much less of murder of a prosecuting attorney. How about a serious investigation and let the chips fall where they may???

I fervently hope Spanier goes to the slammer. The fact that he could become a university president tells you just how low our education has sunk!

That’s a very hard-hitting article. Amazing to see it in the Daily Beast.

It’s incomplete. IIRC ,Spanier has been hired by the Obama administration since leaving his post as President.

Concur. This goes a lot further than Sandusky. There are lots of highly placed pedophiles that satisfied their lusts with PSU students and they need to be hunted down, tried, and incarcerated. An then there's a small matter of murder of a prosecutor that needs resolution. Happy Valley isn't happy.

This is just beginning to get interesting. I can’t wait for the deposition of Dr Jack Raykovitz, child psychologist CEO of The Second Mile charity, and his explanation as to why he did not contact the DPW after he was notified of the 2001 shower incident involving Sandusky. Or maybe he did and they are lying.

Slammer, as in jail? hell no! He's been promoted to a Federal Government position within national security, with top security clearance too. There will be no jail time.

He KNEW or should have known about little boys being raped on his campus. He needs to face justice. Was he too busy helping Michael Mann cover up after his work on Global Warming was found to be fraudulent to hear the cries of children being violated in the worst way?

He's been promoted to a Federal Government position within national security, with top security clearance too.Do we know for sure that he has a position with the Feds or is this just a claim of his to discourage charges being brought against him because he is too valuable to lose in the war on terror??? The only evidence of this supposed job a few weeks back was an email from him claiming such to a local newspaper.
To: Uncle Chip
Oh yes, he was hired immediately and in a shroud of secrecy. His position is so secret, we can’t even know what it is.
Just google his name and ‘federal government’ and the stories will populate.

“Slammer, as in jail? hell no! He’s been promoted to a Federal Government position within national security, with top security clearance too. There will be no jail time.”
That’s just one fed gov fag, giving a state gov fag a job. When (if) Spanier is indicted, the fact that he now has a fed gov job is not likely to sway a jury who has had the opportunity to see how the PSU administration at all levels sole interest was to “preserve the integrity” of their football program because of all the money and prestige it brought and to hell with a few disadvantaged young boys!
