I agree. He is an Islamophile - probably simply because it is an anti-Western camp, but he is probably not a Moslem. His attitudes on sexuality and abortion however are repugnant to traditional Islam. He could do a better job faking a social gospel ‘Christianity’ if his intent was simply to deceive for personal advantage.
Once he was raised a muslim, he is a muslim. There is no separation allowed and fatwas for true escapees from islam are issued all the time. He NEVER left islam.

This is why he bowed to the Saudi royals (who are the legal guardians of Mecca)— it was to let them know he is still in the muslim fold.
It is also why he is tight with Medvedev and Putin—they continue to use islam in their world hegemony. Even still, in the past certain islamics fought the Soviet infidels— people like bin Laden, who was an outcast from the family retainers (in construction business) to the House of Saud. And even as the Saudis continue to fund the madrassahs raising more fanatic Wahhabist islamics to jihad. Isn’t it great to have such a lying dangerous fraud in the Executive?
