Did you just wake up? Just teasing because I have to get a couple of drops in my eyes before I attempt to even read in the morning.

What I got out of that was he is soooo hated here in Florida in that he would be a negative for any campaign here. So let them party like its 2008 because the polling in Florida will only be enhanced for Romney/Ryan.

Makes one wonder where the Republican primary voters ever found Crist in the first place and how they were so easily fooled. I guess his predecessor Jebbie won’t be accompanying Crist to Charlotte.

I’m sure John Cornyn and Mitch McConnell will be watching. They loved Crist and wanted him to be a republican colleague. Fools! These wolves in the fold have been smoked out!

At least I know my “first impressions” gene is still working. He smelled like a weasel the first time I saw him.

Rejected as a RINO by the GOP, Crist will fit right in with the Democrats. Charlie Crist’s rectum is a Log Cabin.

Cut the guy some slack. Charlie wants to be Governor or Senator from Florida, and the only way to do that is to run as a Democrat. No big mystery .

Hilarious...the Rats are always railing against the GOP for being the party of old white guys. And now look who Obama is calling on to try and salvage his re-election bid - 2 old white guys (Crist and Clinton).

Popman, your definition is almost the same as mine. Maybe traitor is a little harsh. Turncoat is better. I'm so glad Romney picked Ryan. As least half will be conservative.

Brit Hume pretty much called him a has been.

Charlie Crist is a soulless, opportunistic has been who truly never was. There is virtual unanimous consensus in Florida, across the entire political spectrum, regarding Crist's irrelevance.

Crist is a total laughingstock from one end of the state to the other. For anybody to want his endorsement is a sign of abject desperation. If I were 0bama, I'd publicly say "thanks, but no thanks" to Crist.

Crist is truly the most worthless politician who has appeared in the state of Florida in the last 50 years. Crist is beyond irrelevant.

I wish I could convey to all Freepers just how profoundly meaningless this endorsement of 0bama from Crist is.

If anything, this endorsement will taint the 0bama campaign. Many Floridians will think twice about voting for 0bama now that Crist has endorsed him. Crist is that toxic...
