Yes, I pay a sin tax but gays don't and they are idolized, not leperized. (yes, that's a new word I just made up)
Smokers are about 12-15% of the population while gays poll at 10-15%, depending on which day it is and if they are LGBT or whatever they choose to be....yes, I said CHOOSE. They pick their lifestyle. It's not inherent.
I choose to smoke because I'm used to it. My parents, friends, religious leaders and family did it. I emulate that behavior and enjoy it. I saw it on TV and movies. Smoking was cool....so I learned to smoke and enjoy it.
Same with being gay....(yes, I said that). It's a choice. Family, parents, friends, religious leaders, TV, movies and anyone who abuses a child influences the child and the choice. Ergo, it seems normal.
In a nutshell, smoking is just a choice. Sexual deviance is also a choice, but gays sure get more attention and acceptance than smokers and we don't harm children. Just doesn't seem right.
It’s rising because the younger generation doesn’t have the experience with the disease of their forerunners. It’s just theory, stories, something to be managed like diabetes or bad hair.
They are sure proud of themselves though.
It is interesting that smoking tobacco is a behavior that causes all kinds of health problems and receives increasing control. Yet, the behavior that causes HIV is ignored and elevated as an alternate lifestyle.
Where do you get the information that there are that many gays? I have read that they are only 1 - 2 % of the population.
It’s more like #2: Homosexual males have a death wish. Have you ever heard of “spreading the ‘gift’”? The “gift” is HIV. It is a sick, depraved culture. And we are supposed to not only tolerate it, but embrace it?

Yes, I had heard this some time ago. And of course the gays must deny, deny, deny - it doesn’t square with their new “gay marriage monogamy” ideal.

Notice how a poster says there has to be a cure or vaccine, but not a mention about stopping the promiscuity. So much for gay marriage.
They don’t so much deny, but contort, which is another form of denial. According to them, abstinence is completely out of the question for these animals with no self-control. So they must blame US, normal Americans, for not working harder to come up with a vaccine for the results of their depravity.
During more rational times when there was a highly contagious incurable disease quarantine would have been instituted.

If we tried that today with the GAY DISEASE, which it most certainly is, we'd have politically correct hell to pay.
HIV, as a virus, has some unusual differences, but it is a very targeted disease. Fortunately, it does not fall on the just and the unjust alike. It targets the unjust, as it were.
Which may or may not support the God’s punishment theory.

HIV is just “the sniffles” compared to this. (And, I’ll add that fortunately it is not of the type of virus that can become pulmonary, transmitted by cough and sneezing.)

In my family we fight deadly disease, - Aids, cancer, drug addiction, alcoholism, nicotine addiction, and my wife and I openly advocate conservative principles and anti liberalism, anti communism, proGod and ProLife. All we can do is live the example, I survived alcohol, nicotine, drugs, cancer and etc. we just pray for courage, industry, right action, and leave the result up to God one day at a time. (My dear beautiful wife also survived breast cancer).
Every day I watch for the miracles. They always happen, even though things do not always turn out my way.

I always chuckle when the supposed pro-science Left tells us that “everyone is at equal risk to get HIV.”
No one ever calls them on their BS because the truth is no longer allowed to be stated in this country when it comes to homosexuals.
