A small group of demonstrators rally at Hollywood and Vine to take a stand in the "war on women's rights," demanding that federal support of women's health and child care services be upheld, as part of Women's Equality Day in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles on August 26, 2012.

“Keep your ovaries off my wallet”
We had one of those demonstrations here in my city, about eight people showed up and yet it was front page news in the local paper.
Pay for your sex and the children it produces yourself.
useful idiots, more PINK
So it’s a “right” that these people can murder their children and in the event they don’t that the rest of us have to pay for the child’s day care?
All these people care about is the “right” to do whatever they please and have someone else pay for it.
15 people show up and it’s national news?
Oh. It fits the lib narrative = national news story.
That’s Hollywood & Vine? It looks pretty crappy to me.
The imbecile in the picture actually took the time to make a sign, “keep your rosaries off my ovaries”
Incapable of an original thought, this thinktank simply copied one of the slogans always used at these events.
Imagine asking this genius what she was trying to say, or what she was protesting against - the stupidity of her response might make your head explode!
Be VERY careful who you speak to... ;)
” Thats Hollywood & Vine? It looks pretty crappy to me.”
30 years ago, it was a ghetto. Hollywood was filthy, and full of drug deales, pimps, and prostitutes. Not much better now, merely a facelift : )
How about a “War on Stupidity?”
There were women wrestlers named Hollywood and Vine in an organization called GLOW. That was late 80s as I recall.
Yep
Demanding FREE federal support of women’s health and child care services.
The free lunch truck is out of business.
When I first moved to California, I couldn’t wait to see the famous “Hollywood & Vine”! I was never so disappointed in my life.
I was only 17 or 18 when we visited it (not long after it opened). I’m almost 69 now. Disneyland was still hidden behind an orange grove, with a small drive leading you into the expansive parking area. We had a heck of a time finding the entrance. A lot has changed since then, and not for the better...
