SALT LAKE CITY — Some have raised the question of whether college students who are here illegally could go to law school, and eventually become lawyers, or even judges.
Some states are looking into whether the requirements should be changed to become a lawyer, to allow more students who are here without documentation to start the process.

Every time I hear that work “undocumented” in front of immigrant I want to explode. They are nothing but G.D. illegal, period, end of story. No lip stick is going to make that pig any prettier.
I think it's very fitting.
Even though these fledgling lawyers got to the point of license by being illegal residents I suggest out of kindness the USA should help them go back to the country of origin to get a license in that country and at the expense of that country. Then they can come back to the USA legally and convert their license.
Hold this idea because I suspect most if not all of these illegal lawyers would be attorneys for perps doing crimes.
Just what America needs right now, a bunch of freeloading Mexican Nationals suing the asses off of Americans. This country has way too many morons living here these days. Don’t we already have too many of these maggots as it is?

The legal market is gutted enough. There are too few jobs and most students come out of school up to their eyeballs in debt. They are lucky to get a job for 40-50K, which may sound OK, unless you owe 200K for law school.
Those big time entry level lawyer jobs only go to a few grads of the top schools. Most lawyers work in middle to small sized firms and are fighting hard to get whatever they make, but entering students don’t know this. They are fooled by the media and lied to by the law schools.
Now add a bunch of illegal aliens to the mix - will they be willing to work for 30K? 20?
The Am Bar Assn is already looking into allowing members of other countries’ bars to take the bar here. Usually foreign lawyers have to take additional courses here, then they can sit for the bar. Now the ABA just wants them to come over and sit for the bar, to the devil with whether the market can sustain them.

Although the IRS detected about 940,000 fraudulent returns for last year claiming $6.5 billion in refunds, there were potentially another 1.5 million undetected cases of thieves seeking refunds after assuming the identity of a dead person, child or someone else who normally wouldn't file a tax return.
In just one example, investigators found a single address in Lansing, Mich, was used to file 2,137 separate tax returns. The IRS issued more than $3.3 million in refunds to that address.
Florida is the epicenter of the identity theft crisis (a state overrun with latinos---many of whom are Cuban---who are also involved in massive Medicare/Aid fraud). Just three addresses in Florida filed more than 500 returns totaling more than $1 million in refunds for each address.
In another troubling scenario, hundreds of refunds were deposited into the same bank account—--a red flag for investigators searching for ID thieves-- who may be filing for refunds for multiple people. In one instance, the IRS deposited 590 refunds totaling more than $900,000 into one account.

March 8, 2012 KENNER, La. Kenner police arrested illegal Marvin Baca who sold false W-2 forms to another illegal immigrant for $1,500. Baca sold fraudulent W-2 forms for $1,500 to other Hispanics here illegally.
Police said that on one of the forged W-2 forms had a SS no of a person living in Virginia. Police said illegal Hispanics purchase fictitious W-2 forms and file false tax returns with the government to receive EITC refunds.
