States look into undocumented immigrants becoming lawyers

SALT LAKE CITY — Some have raised the question of whether college students who are here illegally could go to law school, and eventually become lawyers, or even judges.

Some states are looking into whether the requirements should be changed to become a lawyer, to allow more students who are here without documentation to start the process.

And just how many laws will these new lawyers have broken when they approach the Bar?
It is a sad sad day when the rule of law becomes the exception and illegals are given a pass.

Like the illegal immigrant in chief?

Over here, we have muslim missionaries becoming police lawyers.

Hey, "Some" (this one learned well from Katie Couric): How does "No" sound?

Exactly what we need.

Up to now the average attorney could have his house cleaned by Brazilian illegals, his lawn mowed by Mexicans, his taxi driven by a Haitian, his dinner cooked by a Salvadorean, ..., and never have to worry about *his* job being taken by an illegal.

Given that most of the scum in Congress are attorneys, this is getting a little closer to home.

Let the (domestic) parasitical class feel the pain for a change.

This country needs a reset button. Already our politicians and various levels of government exclude themselves from the laws we must obey and with each passing day it appears that created equal is superseded by more equal for those are criminal trespassers.

Bad enough, our ruling elite are attempting to win votes buy giving them exemptions to the nations laws but they are also giving them benefits with dollars stolen from us by the force of government.

Not only do we have a president with questionable heritage but a president who was forced to surrender his license to practice law yet it is OK for him to bypass congress with unconstitutional EOs.

We cannot be too far from the tipping point imposed on our founders by England.

By the way, we do have a reset button and if you look at it it was designed and implemented by Thomas Jefferson.

“some states”

who are these some states?

illegal means illegal and no law degree. Considering the background check that state bars go through AND the bar exams there is no reason to allow this.

This must be coming from the entirely voluntary AMA which does NOT have most lawyers as members.

Another move by avaricious, self-serving illegals-—”just here for a better life.”

NOTE One of the basic tenents required by US law——is that a lawyer goes to court with “clean hands”——meaning no laws were broken in the legal process.

A non-citizen cannot serve on a jury.

How in the world can they be lawyers—officers of the court sworn to uphold the law-—and judges who are charged to administer the sacrosanct US justice system?

This must not be allowed to go forward——it will be the undoing of the US justice system.

Even though these fledgling lawyers got to the point of license by being illegal residents I suggest out of kindness the USA should help them go back to the country of origin to get a license in that country and at the expense of that country. Then they can come back to the USA legally and convert their license.

How do you take an oath to uphold the Constitution if you are not a citizen?

The legal market is gutted enough. There are too few jobs and most students come out of school up to their eyeballs in debt. They are lucky to get a job for 40-50K, which may sound OK, unless you owe 200K for law school.

Those big time entry level lawyer jobs only go to a few grads of the top schools. Most lawyers work in middle to small sized firms and are fighting hard to get whatever they make, but entering students don’t know this. They are fooled by the media and lied to by the law schools.

Now add a bunch of illegal aliens to the mix - will they be willing to work for 30K? 20?

The Am Bar Assn is already looking into allowing members of other countries’ bars to take the bar here. Usually foreign lawyers have to take additional courses here, then they can sit for the bar. Now the ABA just wants them to come over and sit for the bar, to the devil with whether the market can sustain them.

radiohead, lapsed lawyer

LEGAL immigrants who are lawyers abroad and go through the licensing process (take 1 year US law school and the bar exam and background check) are currently lawyers.

People have been denied law licenses for bouncing checks.
Lying about speeding tickers.
Criminal convictions
Lying about school records
cheating in school BEFORE law school
financial “mismanagment”

yet somehow it is ok to enter the usa illegally and cut in front of people who are here LEGALLY?

I’ve never seen anyone more dedicated than Dennis Michael Lynch. He is on a whirlwind tour promoting his movie, “They come to America”. It is being shown at the RNC

Yesterday he had an interview and ‘discussion’ with Jeraldo Rivera. He is doing several interviews a day to advance the movies because the theaters have banned it. Tonight he will be on with Howie Carr

On FaceBook there are some great photos at the RNC and times for the radio shows.

“Dennis Michael Lynch, Producer of They Come To America and Dinesh D’souza, Producer of 2016 Obama, both at RNC explaining their films and why Obama cannot be given a second term.”

Excellent deconstruction. If states are looking at allowing this---they need to dig very deep to get the pertinent answers.

The disqualifiers include: Cheating. Lying. Financial mismanagent.

Keep in mind--"impoverished" illegals are infamous for buying multiple forged identities and stolen SS nos....costing several thousand dollars each.

Each identity rides the US gravy train.....each identity gets EITC refunds ......all of which is how they get the money to go through law school.

==========================================================================

REFERENCE--(Excerpt) Read more at twincities.com ---Treasury Dept investigators estimate another $21 billion could make its way to ID thieves' pockets over the next five years. The IRS is detecting far fewer fraudulent tax refund claims than actually occur, according to a govt audit that warned the widespread problem could undermine public trust in the U.S. tax system.

Although the IRS detected about 940,000 fraudulent returns for last year claiming $6.5 billion in refunds, there were potentially another 1.5 million undetected cases of thieves seeking refunds after assuming the identity of a dead person, child or someone else who normally wouldn't file a tax return.

In just one example, investigators found a single address in Lansing, Mich, was used to file 2,137 separate tax returns. The IRS issued more than $3.3 million in refunds to that address.

Florida is the epicenter of the identity theft crisis (a state overrun with latinos---many of whom are Cuban---who are also involved in massive Medicare/Aid fraud). Just three addresses in Florida filed more than 500 returns totaling more than $1 million in refunds for each address.

In another troubling scenario, hundreds of refunds were deposited into the same bank account—--a red flag for investigators searching for ID thieves-- who may be filing for refunds for multiple people. In one instance, the IRS deposited 590 refunds totaling more than $900,000 into one account.

SOURCE http://www.twincities.com/national/ci_21218839/irs-missing-billions-id-theft

===========================================

REFERENCE ICE's "documents and benefits fraud task force" found a common practice among "impoverished" illegals is to buy several faked identities for several thousand dollars each----the illegal then votes and rides the US gravy train under several names.

<><> Jose Madrigal---the Washington state rapist---had some 30 identities. And probably voted and collected US benefits under every single identity.

<><> Another illegal used multiple identites to bilk UI systems of some $3.5 million.

============================================

US Dept of the Treasury Says Illegal Aliens Collecting Billions in Tax Credits According to the US Dept of Treasury’s Inspector General, more than $4.2 billion in additional child credits were paid out in 2010 to illegal immigrants. In 2005, the pay outs totaled $924 million. This program allows low income earners to claim a $1,000 per child credit. $20 billion EITC is estimated to have been paid out to these cunning "impoverished" illegals. Most of them are collecting over and over again-----using multiple identities-----falsifying official apps---claiming children they do not have and/or falsely stating kids are back in their homelands.

ILLEGAL ARRESTED FOR SELLING FORGED W-2 FORMS WITH STOLEN SS NOS

March 8, 2012 KENNER, La. Kenner police arrested illegal Marvin Baca who sold false W-2 forms to another illegal immigrant for $1,500. Baca sold fraudulent W-2 forms for $1,500 to other Hispanics here illegally.

Police said that on one of the forged W-2 forms had a SS no of a person living in Virginia. Police said illegal Hispanics purchase fictitious W-2 forms and file false tax returns with the government to receive EITC refunds.

=======================================================

Now we know what they got in those backpacks as they hightail it over the border: "How To Loot and Bilk The US govt,".....written and provided by the Mexican govt (with instructions on where to send the federales their cut of the loot).

IMDB now shows great movies on its web site.

'Some have ...'
'Some' who? Who is this 'some' they speak of? Is it the 'some' like Harry Reed's(sic) imaginary friends?

When I see or hear a thing that starts off with 'Some say', or 'Some have', I say bullcarp. As the 'some' is the person speaking or writing. 99.9654% of the time it's a Libtard.
